### 1/5 — Notifications Broken

Recently, the app has been unable to push notifications. Considering the rapid response time that’s necessary (under 30 mins) to Respond, Notifications are highly important. 

I have tried deleting the app, made sure all notifications were on and enabled both in-app and in Notifications Center. Still does not work! Please fix ASAP!!! Thanks!

This is by far the most unproductive, unreliable app I have ever encountered. The makers need to understand this is used for medical purposes, we need it to actually work!!!! And don't try to get tech support that's a joke!

Great for instant notification, cannot open documents without an error. This has been an ongoing problem for close to a month with no response.
