كنت عميل ودائما اشتري منهم وصلتني قطعة دجاج صدر فيليه فاسدة عليها بقع وتجمعات دموية غير صالحة للاكل والاستهلاك الادمي واكتشفتها لما فتحت المنتج وجيت اطبخه صورتها ورفعت شكوى تفاجات ان ردهم لي بكل بجاحة ان سياسة الشكاوي خلال يوم واحد من استلام المنتج بعد يوم ماتقدر تشتكي ولا لك تعويض نصيحة قاطعوا دجاج انتاج بعد ردهم لي رديت للموظف شكرا وحذفت التطبيق فورا وبكل بجاحة موظفهم مرسلي على واتس كود خصم مدري من وين جايبين وساعة الوجه هذي ناصبين علي ورافضين تعوضوني على قطعة دجاج فاسدة وتبي اشتري منك مرة ثانية. المنافسين كثير وجودتهم وخدمتهم افضل بكثير ولو وصلك اي منتج فيه ملاحظة او عيب يصححونه ويعوضونك مو يهربون منك بحجة الشروط والاحكام.
