It will not follow your current location when trying to report a bad street light. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford a newer phone. It’s concerning when a utility that has a monopoly is allowed to hide information. I can only see outage information for my parish. Here’s a crazy idea - some of us have elderly relatives in other parishes, and we NEED information to keep them safe during ENTERGY’s frequent outages. *This app is often down “for maintenance.” It Entergy actually did that much maintenance, the app would work. *Entergy has no idea what customers are connected to what lines. Sometimes the app will say that my power is out when it’s not. Sometimes it says that I have power when I don’t. This is a safety issue. *The bill projection should be updated multiple times a day, but it often goes a week without being updated. That makes it completely useless, just like Entergy. Once, the bill projection said that my bill should be in the neighborhood of $325. When I got my bill, it was over $450! This level of deception is criminal. Recently, my bill was low. The projection was $88, but my actual bill was $104. That’s about a 20% difference! Awful. The worst part is that Entergy has a monopoly in New Orleans.
