I mean is it not common sense that I’m the only one with my face? Someone is more likely to guess my password than to unlock with a face close enough to mine. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Know Me *2025-07-15, version 24.2.50* I have had A LOT of trouble with this application. Can’t even check my accounts sometimes because of “technical difficulties” ### 1/5 — Functionality *2024-11-01* This app allows you to apply Face ID in order for a person to log in, however a lot of the times I get logged out of my account, unable to use Face ID and even with the right credentials to log back into my account it doesn’t allow for me to login. It’s very inconvenient and I see many user have the same issue as well. This issue needs to be fixed as this all is for users to have a connivence to see their account status. I understand there’s times I can call into the bank, but times where the bank is unreachable this isn’t convenient at all. It’s very disappointing and I love enterprise, but this just doesn’t make sense it’s making me want to switch my bank to something that wouldn’t have this issue with viewing their person banking through their phone. ### 5/5 — Excellence in every way *2024-07-10* Enterprise Bank is one of those local gems. They are truly a community bank that focuses on the customer’s experience as well as serving their local communities. From the Enterprise Bank app to in person service. at each and every branch, Enterprise gets it right. ### 1/5 — App needs updating *2024-06-06* After years of using this app for banking, I’ve repeatedly received an error message that states the device has violated security policies. This message cannot be dismissed and the app is rendered useless. My phone is not jailbroken. The customer service rep says Apple needs to fix this. All other internet searches indicate the developers need to update the app to conform to Apple iOS updates. Please fix this!
