About

Numami is the floor-level companion for restaurants, bars and cafes that have to keep alcohol and marked-goods compliance in order while service is running. Work that used to mean a trip to the back-office PC now happens on a phone — in the stockroom, at the bar, in the minutes you actually have. RECEIVING, WITHOUT THE PAPERWORK Open an incoming waybill, scan excise stamps with the camera, and watch plan against fact fill in position by position. Scan a box label and every stamp inside is confirmed in one shot, with the count shown so you know exactly what landed. Accept, accept with discrepancies, or reject back to the supplier — the act is built and filed for you, and a discrepancy report follows the same path. MARKED GOODS Receive marked deliveries and manage draught kegs. Putting a keg on a tap records the post-tap shelf life, the volume and a comment, so the document is right the first time. Codes are read straight from the DataMatrix — nothing is retyped by hand. OPENING, STOCK AND WRITE-OFFS Register a bottle opening at the bar. Run a full-store or partial inventory count. Check stock down to the batch and the individual stamp, search a stamp by its printed number when the code will not scan, and file write-off acts with a reason that is valid for the product group. VETERINARY CERTIFICATES Review and clear incoming certificates without leaving the app. DOCUMENTS Incoming invoices and delivery documents in one library, each with its own history, so you can see what happened to a document and confirm receipt in a couple of taps. Create an incoming document straight from a supplier delivery. NUMBERS THAT MEAN SOMETHING Key indicators for the venue, your saved reports, and an assistant you can ask in plain language instead of building a query. FITS YOUR BACK OFFICE Numami connects to your accounting system, so documents land where your accountant already looks and nothing is entered twice. Several venues on one account switch with a tap. BUILT FOR A REAL SHIFT Scanning is designed for one hand and a noisy room. Every scan gives a clear verdict with a matching haptic: a repeat scan says so instead of quietly counting again, a code that is not in the waybill tells you immediately, and a box tells you how many stamps it just added. Nothing is decided silently. WHO IT IS FOR Bar managers, storekeepers, shift supervisors and owners of single venues and small groups — anyone who signs for a delivery and answers for what is on the shelf. A Numami account is required. Available modules depend on your subscription and on the permissions your administrator grants.

What's New in Numami

2.0

August 21, 2026

We are now Numami. Same app, same account, same data — new name and new icon. Nothing to migrate: sign in as usual. RECEIVING IS CLEARER • Scan a box label and the app now says exactly how many stamps it confirmed, instead of reporting it like a single bottle. • Re-scanning a stamp that is already counted now says so, in amber, with its own haptic. Previously it looked like a fresh confirmation, which made it easy to believe a position had been counted twice. • A waybill whose act is already on its way is now read-only, so a second verdict can no longer be sent over one in flight. KEGS • Putting a keg on a tap now opens a card first: choose the tap, check the post-tap shelf life, set the volume, add a comment. Scanning a keg opens that same card instead of tapping it immediately, so a scan is no longer irreversible. • The shelf life is prefilled from the product card and only sent if you change it. • Tapping is no longer blocked when live stock is briefly unavailable — the server decides, and its answer is shown in full. • After you press the button the card closes, you get a progress indicator, and the result arrives as a clear message. ALSO • The logo is larger and easier to read on the sign-in and home screens. • Assorted fixes to scanning feedback and error messages.
