Despite purchasing the full version of EE in 2017 a recent upgrade has removed my access and no matter how hard I try to get it restored they seem to be unable to resolve the issue. Various promo codes have restored temporary access but one expired all data is lost again and again customer service is appalling and request for refund denied.

I was impressed with the capabilities of version 1 and each new version is a quantum leap forward.

The power of this app is its simple to understand interface and its analytics that make it very useful in explaining concepts to management and answering their questions. 

Other tools are built for the technologist view. Enterprise Evolver enables you to architect then present to and validate your architectural concepts with business users first. With this validation you can then work with IT to translate and specify these concepts into apps, databases, etc.

I like the import functionality for its ability to load data from SharePoint lists and Excel worksheets, then transform the data into a visual presentation that I can analyze and present.

The insight analysis capability lets you see the potential impact of a change and the new time machine functionality brings a new dimension to roadmap development.

This is a great app and the price point makes buying it a "no brained" decision for anyone who works in planning and business or enterprise architecture.

Enterprise Evolver is a very handy tool to map business and enterprise architectures. Very easy to use and navigate and with few taps, I was able to create a capability map. Would like to have collaboration feature to share business maps across multiple iPad devices to improve the team collaboration.
