Two separate root causes, both fixed: 1. Cold start (the common case): Capacitor's Android listener for incoming links only fires when the app is already running. A true cold start (app not open, the normal case) delivered the link through a path nothing was listening on — silently dropped, app just booted to login. Fixed by also checking getLaunchUrl() on startup. 2. Warm start blank screen: the shared router guard unconditionally redirected any authenticated/stale session away from the reset-password screen before it could render. Fixed to exempt that route. Shipped via efd-shared #80 (published as v1.3.26) and efd-mobile #293. Infra problems found and fixed along the way - Staging version-bumps were silently failing on every build — a branch-protection hook blocked the commit, the error got swallowed. Every past staging build was quietly reusing the same stale version, which is how the first Android build collided with a version already on the download server. Fixed for real in #294. - Both platforms were missing native plugin registration for @capacitor/app-launcher and @capacitor/share (declared as dependencies, never synced into the native projects). Fixed Android (#295) and iOS (#298). - This Mac's pod install was broken — hardcoded to the ancient system Ruby, couldn't load a required gem.
