I have a US number. Camera is blurry in taking license and passport. ### 1/5 — Does not work with US phone number *2026-08-01* I am an American physically in Switzerland, with a US mobile number starting with +1 and even though the app defaults to +1 for the country code, the required SMS verification will not work preventing use of the app, and thus preventing us from renting a car. My phone has worked perfectly in Switzerland our entire trip. This is just sloppy app development. No reason a US phone number shouldn’t be allowed. All that should matter is you’re physically in Switzerland. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-08-21* I do not usually take the time to write a review, but our experience with this app was so exceptionally bad that something should be said. We could not create an account because it would not let us put our American phone number into the system (+1). When trying to upload documents later on, the camera could not focus (I have a brand new IPhone pro). Lastly, when we called Enterprise for help, they required a fee of $100 to have a person help us. No thank you. We will go elsewhere. With respect to the developer’s response: We are American trying to plan a rental car reservation in Switzerland. We are trying to rent a car for our trip next month and we cannot sign up. When we are asked to input our phone number, it tells us we entered the phone number incorrectly. We have tried many times. Help-line does not have live help. Machine loops and auto texts. I would use any other service before I rented from this company again. That’s not safe at all. This app doesn’t work, or at least you have to wait way too much, restart your phone to open the car, restart your phone again etc… ### 2/5 — Slow and buggy *2023-08-23* App was Slow and had issues connecting to the car multiple times.
