Current online procedure shows the agency is closed on the return date for a one week rental. This is a recurring rental over the past 5 years. It allows you to pick and enter codes +1. It confirms you have the booking +1. BUT. Come to updating your details or booking in, functionality is poor. Post codes only allow numbers, difficult to confirm details is a big one but other bugs too. I was denied my rental by the north Myrtle Beach location. Everyone inside that building was very rude and had not a word to say to me after I tried to get the lady to explain to me why I could get the rental I needed and had already booked. The only thing I was told was that I rented a car before from enterprise and never returned the vehicle but no damages were reported . I was on the phone with my mother at the time I came in I let her try to speak with them they wouldn’t I even told the lady if that was the case then why hasn’t the police been called to have me arrested. They just got quite I asked for a proof of she told me to call customer service. I stayed there called them they said they had no records of what she was talking about in their system I tried to have her talk to representative she refused. The mad me feel terrible. I only needed the vehicle to make it to work because my vehicle need repairs as usual. I walked away from the office and I went to the U haul place no problem I was given almost the largest one they had my only option I didn’t care. Had to use that to drive to work daily it was terrible an the cost ended up being outrageous. I ended up losing my job my, I was the assistant manager for zips, I lost my girl, my home and my car never got repaired. I constantly go through this same cycle. Constantly right now I’m 28 years old I’m having similar issues with my vehicle as usual. I just lost my girl and we were so compatible she was happy I was happy with her. But it just all of sudden it like a cold wind hits and it nothing I can do about it. I don’t even get and understanding it almost like I have mark on me and if she doesn’t move she would have one too. It’s always the same exact way around the same time I just lost another job I almost got fired for getting something to drink and was talk to in front of employees very rudely by my supervisor even though I work really hard at every job I got.i was let go because my boss changed the schedule i woke up to a text saying I was supposed to be the there earlier I apologized let her know that I would be on the way she said it fine i didn’t have to come in she had someone there to cover it and was told just to come in the next scheduled day I said ok got to work was fired as soon as I punch in she say she let me go because I was a no call no show I didn’t say a word I just left out the door. I give it to God because I know he sent Jesus as my savior. Plus, their reputation has me at ease, knowing that vehicle and that they have so many locations that if anything I’m not far from help or being able to switch out a car if needed I also liked that there were no hidden fees the price is the price that you pay. Instead of getting to the end and finding out there’s $200 more in fees and having to start all over again.. Excited to know that next time I rent all I have to do is go to my app. Take a few clicks and I’m good to go!
