Has been glitchy for years. No improvement. Coding my receipts for work has become the most awful part of every work week for me solely do to this horrendous app. ### 1/5 — Not very good *2025-11-12, version 253.1* Has too many glitches and is hard to get into at times. Every time I have to enter a receipt in, it has an error. It says contact your administrator if this keeps happening but the administrator has nothing to do with it. The glitch happens when entering in receipt pictures. I have to restart the program every other receipt. I needed to increase an employee’s spending limit as he is five states away and buying material for a job. Could not view this on app! Could not see individual employees. Could not increase his limit. I had to go onto the office after hours to use my desktop. Doesn’t work 90% of the time, gives access or admin errors constantly. Charges don’t show up in real time either. I never give bad reviews but felt compelled to for how awful this one is. None of the GUI is intuitive. Everything is clunky. However, their “security functions” are merely annoyances. The app will auto log you out after, I believe is 15 mins, even if you’re typing in the app. This is ridiculous. It should be able to detect inactivity and when you’re actively typing. I now dread doing my expense report due to that issue alone. Changing your password every few months is another one. Other than the mid work kicks, the app is ok. ### 3/5 — Why no coding? *2021-10-27, version 214.0.1268* I would give this App 5 stars if I could code my receipts! I can do everything I need to do within the app but I can’t submit them once completed because the app won’t let me code it to the proper account. It just says “required code missing”. So no matter what, I always have to get to a computer and code it then submit it. Every update I think YES! They’ll finally fix this huge error but I’ve remained disappointed so far. ### 3/5 — view only mode *2018-05-08, version 1.182.0* no other function except viewing your past and present balances. would be happy if they add here a function for automatic payment etc same with other credi card app. ### 2/5 — Problems with pictures *2019-10-23, version 191.0* For some reason this app is not letting me download my pictures of my receipts from my phone I have to literally take the pictures through the app. To say the least this is very inconvenient.
