Mobily has proven once again that it cannot keep up with other telecom companies to the customer satisfaction’s expectations. Useless app and no password recovery plan other than email (which you will never get) and very poor benefits for what we pay each month. I will definitely cancel my Raqi and switch to decent Telecom companies.

لا يخدم اللغة العربية و عملة الدولة في موضوع السفر
بالإضافة الى لايوجد مثل دولة مصر في البحث في السفر
وبعض الدول وايضاً البحث في متصفح السفر بغير اللغة العربية وهذا مُعيب للاسف
وايضاً لا يوجد منطقة جدة كتحديد الموقع وفقط مقصور على الرياض ؟....

لكن اتمنى اضافة متاجر مثل محل جزم وملابس ووو الخ وايضا توسيع المناطق بحول المملكة
وتغيير بعض شروط الاستخدام مو معقول ما اقدر استخدم الكوبون الا بوجود شخص ثاني !!!!!؟؟؟؟
