No way to sort those out. Cannot locate an easier sorting method. Strangely, a lot of vendors don’t know what it is and have to call the boss for permission —embarrassing at times. This is especially true at independent shops. I’ve reported this on some occasions without any signs of change. The canned pictures shown in the vendors’ offers are not of the actual place, so they are useless. The app would benefit from a vendor rating feature for this and other mainstream reasons. And, it seems you are blocked from using a discount again for a full year even after your subscription renews, which is baffling. ### 1/5 — terrible customer service *2025-08-24, version 5.3.1* First time using the app- the first merchant I wanted to use - they were listed but no longer in existence at the address listed in the app. I went to another merchant who didn’t accept the coupon bc they needed a barcode to scan and the app coupon did not have one. But because I activated it, the app claims i used it. Then the coupon screen immediately disappeared. I sent two help messages with details and pics and NO response after three weeks. They lied. As soon as I bought it, all the good deal’s disappeared. They have things like if Pennie’s portraits. E-gift cards for 5% Olive Garden. Very bad deals. The ones they showed as a preview were buy 1 get 1 free Taco Bell meal, and lots of other great deals. Never got those deals once I purchased. Plus they promoted it at 34.99 for the year. They charged me 68.99! Also went to a mini golf and their business said they were supposed to be on app. They never were. I got robbed. Literally. I never write reviews. It was truly a wonderful deal. The number of restaurants was countless and everything was either buy one get one or 50% off. And the restaurants were anything from McDonals to High end places. Now the number of restaurants has been cut in half or more and few offer Buy one get one. Seems most just offer 20% off. This app is nothing like the book used to be and quite honestly it’s a waste of money. ### 1/5 — Poor app *2025-05-24, version 5.3.0* Does not work most of the time and no matter what the setting is does not show things in the area ### 1/5 — Unable to Cancel Sub *2025-04-07, version 5.3.0* This app doesnt allow you to cancel your subscription. I have now tried to use this at 4 businesses and two of the 4 said they had never agreed to participate in this. For the two that do participate it is “1 and done” for the year. I paid money to see their sales gimmicks seven day free trial on crunch fitness is all you get and they give that to anybody off the street free chips and queso when you sign up for Qdoba membership with a full adult entrée you get that for free when you walk in off the street. I will not get this again. Do not charge my account. ### 1/5 — DO NOT GET THIS APP! *2025-02-21, version 5.3.0* I got this app this past year and decided to cancel it a couple months after. It is still taking money out of my account. I have canceled it through the app, I have contacted them through email and was corresponding with them and it is still coming out of my account. It’s so nice having other locations available with having the app. The only thing that’s a challenge, is people realizing it’s a legit coupon. The businesses don’t educate their employees about these coupons. They using end up giving us the discount shown. But they enter the discount in a way that it’s acceptable to their business. But, the looks i get when presenting the coupon to them… is sometimes disturbing. I’ve never lost my cool with them. I’m just more prepared to be patient with who ever is looking at the coupon.
