I recently started working with this agency and have had a very positive experience so far. They are very supportive, professional, and always notify staff on time about shifts and updates. Communication has been clear and friendly, which makes working with them comfortable and stress-free. I am enjoying gaining more experience through this agency and look forward to continuing to work with them. Highly recommended.

App asks you to complete tasks you already completed within the app like checking in at work site. It also continuously gives alerts for shifts that have been gone for hours. The flow is cumbersome. It should allow employee to enter all the information with the final screen displaying concise information just needing employer signature and name. I would have the last page as follows:
Shift: 0700-1230. 
No lunch / 30 min lunch
