For some reason. The watch will no longer synchronise to the app anymore. Bearing in mind I got this in December 2023 but over the course of last month it stopped being able to synchronise. I have no idea why it’s doing this but it’s increasingly irritating and it’s so out of sync that it’s been set to for e.g. say my time was 11:34 AM it would say 1:37 PM

The app is good but there is room for improvement. The only down side so far is the fact that it only tracks your sleep between 9pm-9am which  is a problem when I’m working nights as I can’t track my sleep.
