Especially if employees are either switching employers or have more than two active. ### 2/5 — App is always broken *2024-09-19, version 3.16* I use ENTO for clocking into work, it’s a well made app and good to use when it works but 98% of the time using it (on a iPhone 15) it doesn’t work. Comes up with a blank white screen and has to be re installed. A few of us on iPhones have this issue at work. This is unacceptable in my opinion as people need to be able to accept shifts and clock in on time to get paid accordingly. It crashes constantly, so every time I need to use it, I have to delete it and re-install it. It contains a message telling me to provide certain details, with no information about how to proceed, and when I asked my employer for help, I was told that it was a glitch from Ento & I should ignore it. I have only given it one star because I had to give it a rating to leave a review. Review upgraded to a 5 star as promised. Previous review: Before the last update I didn’t have to sign in every time I opened the app. Now I do. Massive quality of life and ease of use DOWNGRADE. Before it’d take me 10 seconds to check shifts, now I have to inconveniently enter my email address and password every single time. I am an app developer myself and anything that negatively impacts the user to this degree needs to be fixed immediately. Fix it now please.
