There is already a review about this issue, but it's taking too long to solve. It never and I mean hardly ever works. You have to open and close the app about 7 times for it to work (and sometimes even then it still doesn’t) and sometimes it removes all the doors completely. Leaving u stranded outside. I would only recommend this app to my arch nemesis. Responding to the developer response / Updating to specify that the widget went missing when I updated to the latest version 2.2.0! Nothing like trying to be secure and relying on this app to get into your home only to find that there’s a glitch and you’re locked out until it gets fixed. Randomly when attempting to open doors the app will say “verify network”. I’ve tried exiting out and disconnecting from Bluetooth and wifi. Not like I can delete and reinstall the app without having to go through another terrible and lengthy registration process. Reissuing credentials doesn’t authenticate with the app at all (states to contact admin). With 7 managed sites all IP’s/DNS’s confirmed to be configured properly for SmartConnect, but nothing works anymore. Only gripe I really have is that when I open the app, it constantly asks me to Enable Background App refresh. Except it is enabled but it doesn’t give you the option to skip this step. If you click ‘allow’ and then come back to the app it’ll work fine. Quite annoying.
