It works marginally ok on an Apple computer, although certain elements like the “virtual keyboard” do not work on a Mac. On the iPhone, it is terrible. It takes forever for the cameras to load, and of 85 alarm zones, 9 show up. Additionally, the remote ability to arm the system and disarm the system, a rather critical feature, does not work at all. What is frustrating is that this issue/problem was identified in early November. It’s now January and still not fixed/addressed. The answer is always: “we only have one technician who works on Apple products”. Connection is fine and working for everything else. If you tap “try again” it just refreshes the error over and over. It does this even if you completely delete the app and reinstall it without any settings configured at all. Just throws the error immediately on open. Does anyone test this stuff?
