I particularly like that they have listened to their users by improving the experience and adding features the community is asking for. I have been lucky enough to be a part of this community since the early days. The progression and desire of the whole network to be better and grow in a mutually beneficial way is like nothing else on the internet. When filling out any other field the app freezes with no way to move ahead or go back. A little concerning that their last social media post in instagram was late April. What’s going folks? ### 1/5 — BEWARE - Its fake or too buggy to work *2024-05-25, version 3.0.70* The app cant make it through the sign up without crashing. Great concept, no execution. I love being an early adopter and I don’t mind a few bugs, but this doesn’t even work. I was “onboarded” by two girls and they were a lot of fun to talk to and did a good job. But the next day I had a legit question about how to use the app and I messaged one of them and they didn’t write back. So this company probably spent about $100 to onboard me, but they weren’t smart enough to pay five dollars, to have them answer my question and actually use the app. Most start ups die from bad execution and Entre seems like they are headed that way. Let’s hope not because lord knows we need more competition in the social media space. 🦄🧚🦋 ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2021-09-09, version 2.4.1* I downloaded the app hoping to make some connections but I was very disappointed 1) I cannot edit my profile (add bio etc).. app keeps freezing… after restarting the app a couple of times, I got it to allow me to type stuff into the box but than the “save” button doesn’t work 2) I went to contact support but that button doesn’t work either 3) I went to delete my account… guess what… that button doesn’t work either. Would not recommend. I would like my account and information deleted please. Even after all values are populated. ### 2/5 — Great idea, needs lots of work *2023-11-08, version 3.0.35* Having been a tech worker for some time I was very excited to see something that is a more niche product type of a LinkedIn, professional networking product. Having been on this platform for years, I normally don't write critical reviews, but this product has so much potential to be a better version of LinkedIn for certain demographics of people, and they just are too scattered on focus. During web3 craze in tech, they tried making the product have web3 features, now as of writing this review, during AI craze, they are focused on AI features like headshots photos with AI, as well as who knows what else caught their attention, instead of getting the actual core product on par with say a Wordpress website with one person working on it, let alone a whole team. One of the main reasons LinkedIn can be successful is because it is very helpful in finding a new job. Entre has a jobs tab, but for years, they haven't had something as simple as a date-stamp of when the job was posted, making it almost useless (why waste time applying to 2 month old jobs for example). Along with other problems such as filtering, search, and more within the jobs tab. As I mentioned, even a basic wordpress hosted job website does this without a development and design team. I think if the leadership had less "shiny object syndrome" and just focused on making their core product actually be somewhat competitive and functional, if not better than LinkedIn, or another job site, then this would actually be a good niche, until then I think it's just a good idea, but has been poor, unfocused execution. ### 2/5 — Honest review only. *2022-11-03, version 2.5.1* I really love the idea behind this app. I really wish it would have worked better. The problem isn’t the app itself, it’s that there’s not enough users using it the way it’s intended to be used. :/ I feel alot of users downloaded it, tried it, and got nothing in return. So, many users are now idle or off the platform. I’m deleting my account for now. I’ll hopefully be back when the time is right. It’s a great concept for entrepreneurs, but will fade if the founder doesn’t do something about encouraging engagements on here. A lot of the post are made from the direct team only.
