The classes are easy to understand, well-organized, and always conducted on time. The teachers are very friendly, supportive, and explain every topic clearly, making learning enjoyable. I have just started my second semester, and I’m excited to continue learning and improving my fashion design skills. Almost every time I open it, it shows “Network Failure” errors and refuses to work properly. I’ve tried multiple times, checked my internet, restarted the app, and nothing fixes it. It’s unreliable, slow, and honestly feels broken most of the time. Very disappointing experience. An app that people depend on should at least function properly. No proper “Back” navigation – Once I go into certain pages, there’s no way to return to the previous screen. I’m forced to close and reopen the app just to get back, which is really inconvenient and breaks the learning flow. 2. Video section problems – The video player doesn’t have a smooth or clear voice/audio experience, making lessons harder to follow. 3. Screen zooming glitches – Pinch-to-zoom or screen scaling doesn’t work properly in several sections, making content difficult to view clearly. These issues make the app frustrating to use for daily learning. Please fix the back navigation across all pages and improve the video player’s audio quality and zoom functionality.
