The. Suddenly one day I need to reinstall or cannot get into the app. I reset and ask for a new OTP and it says it sends but nothing ever arrives. Can you please confirm why this is the case? ### 2/5 — Poor service *2021-11-03, version 4.4.4* I cannot agree more with the other clients bad reviews. It’s been such a frustration since day one. There’s no consistency which make the admin with guests staying over quite challenging. ### 2/5 — Keep me logged in *2021-04-24, version 4.2.0* This app won’t allow me to stay logged in. Many times I’ve had to use my finger to enter/exit the estate due to the app being stuck on the log on page in a non responsive state. Technology is not meant frustrate our lives, but is meant to make our lives easier. ### 2/5 — UI is far better, but scanner errors *2020-06-18, version 1.4* I have never been able to exit the estate with the scan 2 mornings in a row , noted 3 G MTN, Face ID logged in perfectly When pushing ‘Scan to enter/exit ‘ receive constant: ‘Scanning Failed’. Scan is already in progres No camera opens to attempt a scan. Ending the App , just repeats the error . ### 1/5 — app is terrible *2020-05-27, version 1.2* this app has been upgraded 2020 but is now even more user unfriendly - it’s difficult to control the number of energies - especially for older people to control the scroll button - very frustrating - it was working fine when one had to click on the button - please try & fix this also no reason to be so small or at the very bottom of the screen - there’s plenty of space to create a proper controllable click box or button PLEASE KEEP OLDER PEOPLE IN MIND WHEN DESIGNING THE LAYOUT!! ### 1/5 — New/old cell regiatration failled *2020-03-22, version 1.1* Here are the brief of the problems with this app and request app developers to soend time in QA before launching to app store. 1. The latest update entry pro2020 seem to impact al new registraions.. the registration with a new number will lead to a dead end ie estate screen with no action.....nutshell one CANNT register with a new cell number... 2. Inconsistent behaviour for existing users: if already using older version then the new update may let you update and use the app but its intermittent . Some customers complains about differnt behaviour as app failed to update. This seem like issue related to the usage of preious version, anyone who used this app sedom seem to experince this issue. Looks like data is delated if you didnt use a lot. Hope app team focus on the issue above and fix asap. Tx ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst gate system ever *2025-02-27, version 4.5.12* I’ve seen the horrific reviews (doesn’t deserve a star!) on Google and have experienced why. I emailed Entry Pro asking for clarity on a statement they made. Due to my email being ignored l also called and spoke to an incredibly rude lady who admitted that she had received my email. She refused to answer my query in writing as per my request. Shocking lack of customer service for such an expensive system. 👎 They even deleted their fb page due to the bad reviews. There is No customer support as they cite POPI when contacting them. App Won’t work when there’s no signal or you have no data etc etc Constant issues and glitches. Last week without any warning the app just stopped working and eventually l was told it only works on newer mobile phones! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SUPPLIER ### 1/5 — Cannot access codes *2024-07-20, version 4.5.11* Working fine for 3 years . Now the front page doesn’t give option to access codes. I’ve logged in multiple times to access codes and now due to this I’ve been banned from logging on for a month- which is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — Blocked *2022-11-07* Changed phone no have to wait 30 days to get access? Unacceptable ### 1/5 — Simply doesn’t work *2021-10-05, version 4.4.4* This App one day just stopped working, saying I’m logged onto more than 1 device, but I only have one device. They’ve reset my account numerous times, we’ve waited for the mandatory 30 day, nothing still same error message. It’s been frustrating and there no support whatsoever. ### 1/5 — Worst access control app ever *2021-09-03, version 4.4.1* Quite simply the worst access control app on the market. Half the time their servers crash and the other half push notifications are sketchy at best. Functionality is painfully limited as well, not that that matters seeing as it hardly ever works. Do yourself a favour and avoid. If I could give a zero star rating I would ### 1/5 — Angry *2021-06-16, version 4.4.1* Probably one of the worst apps out there, got a new phone then account got blocked due to different device. Have to wait 30 days ridiculous ### 1/5 — Cannot get passed log in *2021-05-24, version 4.3.6* I registered and now it seems to not allow me past log in. It keeps on hanging on the log in screen and then just throws me out the app. The email verification only leads to a site that cannot load and their website is useless because it also doesn’t want to load. ### 1/5 — Blocked from my home *2021-04-25* After moving to a temporary phone and then back to my primary phone due to repairs, this app has blocked me for 30 days due to using too many devices (one temporary phone). Now I am unable to get into my own home and every day is a battle with the security system, and this during a pandemic when no one wants to touch any biometrics. It’s shocking to see how disconnected this company is with its primary users. ### 1/5 — pathetic *2021-01-12, version 4.0.5* Cannot even get started. Discontinued a completely functional version with no upgrade path or message. The Estate where I stay used to use Glovent and they changed to Entry Pro, I prefer this Company as their services are much more efficient.
