### 2/5 — Worst App I’ve Ever Encountered

This app constantly fails at every opportunity it gets. The worst part of it when there is time to complete the ticket it will crash and delete everything. It also always say there is a new update, but I go to the App Store to update and there is no update. Poor App Development.
