The Rigs Mobile App from Enverus features directions/routing for rigs, permits and DUCs, so customers can get to the well site on time, the first time.  Plus, there are additional datasets for frac crews, well pads, M&A data and international layers – all built with proprietary technology that's only available from Enverus!

We combine proprietary GPS data along with lat/longs from state regulatory and contractor provided information to give you the most accurate locations in the industry. You can even use your favorite mapping application to follow the directions directly to your job site on time the first time!

My company bought this app for me a day ago, and I haven’t been able to use it yet. That is due to not being able to create an account, using the link that the access team sent.

The Territory manager did send me some PDF files, via email, and that was a nice gesture. Still though, I want to be able to use the app that my company is paying for today, rather than when Enverus gets around to helping me with a solution. 

I just expect there to be better customer support for this type of situation.

So it’s always short distance from location about 2 miles short from parking your car or truck it makes you walk to location

Rig data used to be a good app and page.  They got bought out.  Since then we are always having to call to get something else fixed.  Web page problems, mobile app problems.  Always signing you out. 
I absolutely dislike this and would love to find something more reliable.

This app is great for my companies business development/ sales efforts. It shows me all new rigs and their locations so my team can move quick.

This app use to be good. Now it’s significantly worse than garbage. It won’t ever load or takes forever. Delete and reinstall the app and it works for a day. Then back to being worse than garbage.

This app use to be great. Now they require an update every other day and every time they update you have to reenter your login info and password. It’s very inconvenient. It’s probably easier to just get coordinates and enter them into whatever map app you use

I’ve had this app for years. When Rig Data operated it, it was up to date and very few bugs. Since Enverus took over it is getting worse by the month. Rigs not up to date, sometimes weeks behind and duplicate data. Come on Enverus do better!
