I have funds saved in my account and I have been unable to log in for the past four months. I contacted customer service multiple times with no response. I even requested to withdraw my money, and again, no response. I will be reporting this company to the appropriate financial authorities. It’s simple, yet effective. My 2 only gripes is that the envelopes are random. I would have liked if they were increasing incrementals. And my other problem is that I don’t get a notification at all even when I have my notifications turned on, so I end up losing my streak.
