Then it’ll just close on you at a random time and you won’t be able to log back in for hours. Everytime you go back it says problem connecting with server. Same complaint as others had years ago and it’s still not fixed. Please fix it! I would love to feel confident that I could pull it up anytime I need to check my schedule for clients. ### 2/5 — The app is glitchy and basic. *2016-12-13, version 1.91* I would like to see: •seamless use •full integration with calendars with a notifications option •compatibility with Apple Watch PLEASE make these improvements ### 2/5 — Crashes Constantly *2016-12-05, version 1.92* Often claims the server at place of business isn't connected, when the Envision program at work is working just fine. Now this app won't even give that message - just flips back to the desktop, thus becoming unopenable. When it is working, it is tedious to schedule your client for multiple services (doesn't have the Save and Add option the PC program has). Doesn't have a weekly view of your schedule, you can only view one day at a time. It also won't allow you to adjust the amount of time for a service after it has been scheduled. The same goes for blocked time - you cannot adjust the blocked time once it's been blocked, you have to pray the app won't crash and delete the block and create a whole new block. I've had to suffer for years with the constant error log in and I've lost count how many times this app freezes!!! I don't delete it because sometimes and I mean once in a blue moon i can book a quick appointment when needed but I'm tired of waiting more then few minutes to just LOG IN!!! Because this is the software my salon has chosen to go with it's all I have to use to connect to my schedule while in the go. This app ALWAYS says there was an "error" when marking out time or booking appointments.... Even if there wasn't an error and its scheduled it just fine. It takes a very long time to load appointments or schedule changes so, you won't know for some time if it actually did the job because it always says there was an "error". More often than not it closes on you or simply won't open. It's so completely frustrating that it doesn't just work right! Also you cannot see notes written about clients appointments unless you are looking at your main computer even though there is a section for this on the app. I also can't just edit the appointment time or service. For example if my client wants to add a haircut to her service I would like to just adjust the time or change the service option. Instead I have to cancel the appointment book it again and hope it actually goes through. You also cannot double book appointments. Come on Envision step it up and fix this. While the app is "free" we are paying for the software and service for the main computer. I expect more... Every morning it takes me at least 10 minutes to access my schedule. It is completely ridiculous I have to keep pressing the login button over, and over, and over again until it finally works. I don't understand why they can't make an app that works!! No one in my salon uses the app because it is so COMPLETELY unreliable. Who has time to sit there for 10+ minutes *hoping* it'll work? If you are thinking of purchasing this scheduling tool DON’T!! Do some research and find a better one. I moved to another salon and this is the appointment app that they currently use. I wish the app would work wether the main computer was off or on. The app won't work if the main computer is turned off or in sleep mode. I dis-like that you can't see what day of the week it is, and that I can't schedule any clients on times that I'm not scheduled to work. And that I can't double book on the app. Please fix this! Now with this new update I can't get into the app! It keeps crashing!!! Worst app ever! After all this the app is delayed. When I open the app and try to change the date/day to see my schedule it has a 30 second delay before it changes to the date/day I want to see. With all the money the salon pays for the app you would think they would have a better app for us. I would never recommend this app and/or envision program to anyone. As of now, I haven't been able to use it for a week and GUARANTEE I've lost potential clients because I simply cannot book an appointment unless I'm in the salon. Comparing with other apps this app is very weak and can do very limited things. Unfortunately with new update it can not even show to me schedules of employees and I am unable to make any changes on the schedule. It would be great if app would show when therapist is scheduled to work as on the envision access. And on envision access it needs to only show therapists, who are working that day. The only thing is it would very much be helpful if they add days on to the calendar instead of just month and date. It would definitely eliminate misbookings. Another thing is, sending client confirmations. Would be awesome if it sends confirmation texts or emails 1 week before and a couple of days before. ### 4/5 — :) *2014-03-10, version 1.05* This app has been so great thus far. though have a few things that I would love to be able to do like... 1) a weekly/monthly report (how much I did in home hair care, services, and tips) like you can do on the computer system 2) edit an appointment. If someone books it too short or too long id like to be able to change it when I see it that way I have no worries that ill be behind for any guest. 3) see who has checked in/out. We have an extra computer in our salon to do so but sometimes it's used to order product/supplies and we don't like to crowd our front desk. I have been hoping and praying for this app. The only thing I would consider detrimental would be to be able to see a week view. It's important when planing a week. Especially when you're booked several weeks in advance. So in the next version, please please please. Let's see that update. I hope it's not too far away. Like maybe in the next month or so. I was curious, is there anyway on the next update if you can show the week day when you want to look it up by date and if you can change the time on appointments. Can't check totals on other dates either. App was great, now I might as well cancel it. I pay monthly at work to use this. There are still a lot of things could be improved. It's hard to make an appointment because days doesn't show what day of the week it is (Monday, Tuesday, and so on...) New update doesn't allow to see phone number and emails of the clients. Weekly view for one person would be great addition. Owners have to log in as one of the employees to see schedules. However; the convenience of being able to look at your schedule at all times even when you're not at work, makes it worth it. Being able to add work schedule (scheduled appointment times) into the iPad calendar would be great too. If those two separate calendars could sync. Good start but a lot of room for improvement.
