Not liking this new update ### 2/5 — Recent update *2024-10-14, version 3.0* The most recent update has messed up my schedule view. It looks like I am open and available from 8am-8pm every single day which is confusing. Now I see the entire week instead of a single day but please give us the option to choose if we want to look at the week or just one day. I preferred looking at a single day. ### 2/5 — Update *2024-04-26, version 2.11* Not sure if the app needs to be updated, but there is a glitch and it is not working properly. It doesn’t show you any reports it’s saying #DATA is not available and that is incorrect. ### 2/5 — Many problems *2024-03-30, version 2.11* 1) app does not offer to store password in iOS password keychain after logging in, or use faceID/touchID for login 2) app does not have a password reset link on the home sign in page to easily reset if needed 3) app does not include employee payroll information 4) app does not keep the bottom tab bar always visible, requiring an annoying back button tap after each page view 5) log off button should be under menu and not prominent in the top right corner. ### 2/5 — No charting *2023-05-04, version 2.10* Seems you can not chart from the app… basically can just see the schedule in a list format ### 1/5 — Very limited app *2021-11-22, version 2.10* App is very basic. There needs to be a shrink to fit screen option, the schedules are not properly in the app as they are on the computer, if I’m adding a client there is no way to add cell carrier, can’t add multiple services to an appointment. This app is a necessary tool for employees to run their business and it is lacking a lot of very important things. Please update ### 1/5 — Don’t do it *2020-01-09, version 1.401* Looks it was developed 20 years ago. The app is terrible. So many better options out there for a comprehensive, modern software that will attract the right staff and clientele. Business management reports especially for summit salons are perfect. That’s about it. ### 1/5 — Not working after latest IOS update *2019-12-29, version 1.4* This app was great on my Iphone X, however after the latest IOS update (Dec 2019) it’s virtually unusable which is extremely frustrating. Now I’m unable to view my schedule at one of our locations, it does not give me the option to switch to a different employees schedule. There is no way to see any type of calendar to count out weeks when rescheduling a client. I have to flip between my google calendar and the envision app when scheduling. Not efficient at all. It would be nice if there was a customization feature for text/time slot sizes. Also for some reason I can’t see past 6pm. Also, I wish it allowed you a feature on the app that let you click 4-6-8 weeks to schedule an appointment instead of having to go to the desktop version. It has a nice setup otherwise. I just hope they fix these features ASAP... I know those are our employees only complaints. ### 2/5 — Bring back the old version *2024-12-11, version 3.06* I hate this update. Columns are too small to see all details. You can’t choose which days to see together. Just very difficult to use.
