Years of flawless repayments, mortgages, etc gets you nowhere with this bank. They rely on the computer to make decisions rather than long term financial relationships. ### 3/5 — Hit and miss *2026-07-10, version 1.0.6* I’d say about 85% of the time the app works for the most part, but right now on both of my devices it is just sticking at the intro screen and not going any further. That started on my phone about a week ago and has now started on my iPad….. it’s a bit frustrating not being able to get into my banking app, especially with all the new hoops that I have to jump through when I log into a new space. It should be as simple as putting in my bank account and password, but I also now have to remember a username and if it’s a new device, I have to go through a process. And like I said right now, neither of my devices are letting me into my bank and I’m not looking forward to going onto my computer and seeing if it works there because it means I have to sign in and login and do all the things before I may get to get into my bank account….. Why did they make a new app that forces you to make a profile and it not work, and then they disable the old app so now you can’t access your banking at all. Even if you try the website it’s still the same, what an absolute joke. Plus no preview like the last app? I shouldn’t have to wait to sign in to see how much is in my account. This new app is YEARS behind the last one. MAJOR DOWNGRADE. ### 1/5 — 🚩BE CAREFUL *2026-07-07, version 1.0.6* Finding the auto deposit settings is so hard to find. Everywhere I looked the Cra auto deposit setting was popping up. Because I couldn’t find the auto deposit setting anywhere I assumed this would open up the settings to the auto deposit, but it instead automatically sent a request to the Cra giving them the account information. Every other setting when you click it, you have to confirm you have to manually do stuff, but this setting right away submitted to the Cra.
