## What is EnvisionPM?

EnvisionPM is an enterprise project operations platform for construction, renovation and field-service teams. It brings project execution, task planning, time records, purchasing and financial review into one mobile workspace.

KEY FEATURES

PROJECT MANAGER WORKSPACE
Review project progress, priorities and risks. Create and assign tasks, manage planned dates, and review daily reports, completion submissions and purchase requests.

FIELD TASKS AND TIME
Team members can view assigned projects and tasks, record work time, submit daily reports, and attach project photos, videos or voice evidence.

PURCHASING WORKFLOW
Create purchase requests, follow approval, purchasing, receiving and receipt status, maintain supplier information, and keep project managers, purchasers and finance aligned on the same record.

FINANCIAL REVIEW
See pending payroll and purchasing work, compare purchase amounts with receipt information, and retain review, return, explanation and processing history.

ROLE-BASED ACCESS
Dedicated workspaces for CEOs, administrators, project managers, field staff, purchasers and finance help organizations control access by role and project.

EnvisionPM is intended for authorized users of organizations that use Can Envision enterprise services. Accounts are created or invited by an organization administrator. Available features depend on organization settings, user role and project permissions.
