Every time I extend my booking I am significantly overcharged. I have to call in and talk to support continuously to get my money back. It’s even happened when I’ve extended my booking time over the phone. This has been a bug for two months now. When I talk to support, it’s always as if it’s the first time we’re going through this. It’s a waste of my time. I do love Envoy as a service, but please fix this issue so I’m not constantly having to call. Also please train your support team to handle the issue quickly. ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2025-07-14* Went to see if I could reserve a car for a reservation in Hawaii. The time I select is not transferring to the checkout and is off by 3 hours. Instead of getting it at 630 like I would like, it is showing 330. Doubling the length of my trip. ### 4/5 — Very Simple to Use *2025-06-21* The vehicle location is convenient for me and the reliability for the vehicles is important for me as a customer. The app is very helpful and straightforward, easy to work with. When I needed customer service I was able to get ahold of assistance very quickly. I do wish that we were able to use more than one credit towards a ride. ### 1/5 — The app is impossible to use *2025-05-09, version 2.2.13* Very clunky. Very tricky to find availability for cars. Need to manually query. It is also very buggy. Used it a few times and decided to use zipcar instead ### 1/5 — Awful app *2025-04-25* Terrible app, incredibly unusable. And how do I access account info within the app to delete my financial information? I’d like to delete this app and I do not want you to have any financial info of mine, but that is not available in the app. If this is not remedied, I will be reporting this app to Apple for unsafe practices. ### 5/5 — Incredible *2025-04-02* So much better than any other car share I have used in the past. ### 5/5 — Great vacation option *2025-03-12* On vacation in Hawaii and been using this at our resort instead of having a rental parked for the week paying $35 a day for valet. It’s been super easy and convenient. The app is a little buggy but support has been extremely helpful and responded within 5 mins every time I’ve reached out so no real complaints. It constantly fails to log-in, recognise credit card details and says you need to update, but when you click update, it takes you nowhere and it’s says up to date in App Store. ### 5/5 — My ride *2024-12-16* Feel very blessed to have Envoy in my apartment building. We are a family of 6 and own 1 car and use envoy mobility as our family’s second car. To the market and ALL kf our errands its convenient and much cheaper than owning/leasing a car and dont even get me started on insurance. **Developer response:** Thank you for the review. We're very glad to hear of the convenience Envoy brings to you and your family! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE THIS CLOWN SERVICE *2026-04-03* Envoy car sharing is the most unprofessional poorly run business I have encountered, these stupid people run it like a McDonald’s , I rented the cybertruck from this location 2 times both times I had to wait 1 hour outside the building with 0 communication for an employee to arrive , then you have the idiot of a manager sky that calls me making excuses these idiots will be hearing from the BBB and their corporate office soon it’s insane how ghetto this establishment is do better idiots !!! Update have now been banned by the idiot himself sky hirshkron ### 1/5 — Poor management of fleet *2026-02-07, version 2.3.8* Their vehicles have issues and even weeks after they dont fix the issues. Booked a vehicle again and then not available because they gave someone else the booked vehicle. Shocking ### 1/5 — BE CAREFUL !!! *2026-01-29, version 2.3.8* app had a glitch to where it charged me 12 late fees, instead of immediately refunding me, they gave me a credit, had to call them to process the refund. THEN they refund MY money to someone else’s account. and refuse to correct the refund or even give a courtesy credit. ### 1/5 — Rip Off *2026-01-04* The customer service is not available like they say they are. You can call during normal hours of operation and still have to leave a voicemail message for a callback. The app can take the customer’s money but fails to provide the service with the same efficient and ease. I never leave reviews but there’s no way they continue to get away with this when there are better businesses out there. Ask your building managers to request another service because envoy is incapable of providing basic levels of quality and support. I would honestly give them 0 stars. ### 1/5 — App freezes after verifying identity *2025-12-27, version 2.3.7* Do you guys hate your customers? Why is this app this bad? It makes me never want to use your service. ### 1/5 — Worst app, doesn’t work and takes your money *2025-12-09, version 2.3.6* The app didn’t work and let me book during someone else’s reservation. Customer service fixed the issue but I lost a promo code I had. I talked to an Angel 😇 *2025-07-08* In my apartments they have it were you can book slots to rent out a car “envoy” that’s provided. Well Iast night I booked a slot for the morning for about 2 hours. Well when I get go down to get the vehicle, it’s not there, mind you the only way you could reserved a time slot was if the time slot was available. It’s not a situation where you can double booked, it won’t allow you. So basically it’s wasn’t an error on my end. But nevertheless I had already been charged now I’m trying to figure things out, this is my 1st time using this method, someone or something 😉 took up my time slot well couple hours later after my time slot had expired I took the liberty to check to see if it would be in the location I was told to pick it up at and what do I see 👀 the rental parked in the space where I suppose to retrieve it from, go figure 🤷‍♂️!! I’m not upset about it life happens and it was unfortunate but now I need to see how to be refund back what’s been charged. So I called a customer service representative at envoy and she was awesome!! Huh?!? I’m sorry, you say what was her name ?? Oh sure!! It’s “Angel👼” and RIGHTFULLY SO!! She was really sweet,helpful and patient. She answered all my concerns including refunding my charged credit account. You know It’s weird because I’m sure her name is Angel but for some reason the email sent to me after the call said “😳Katherine Anne Yap😳” huh?!? I’m confused,OOh!! I guess she’s going by her allies name 😉 haha ok,no problem!! Well I wanna say THANK YOU Katherine you did awesome job and keep up the good work….
