We've attached our NDA, so visitors can sign while registering for their meeting. The NDA is auto saved for us, emailed to the person they are visiting. When the guest leaves and checks out, they receive a copy also (via email). Really streamlined the process for us. ### 5/5 — It just works! *2016-07-20, version 1.8.4* Envoy is a very intuitive and easy to use app, that makes visitor registration so much easier to manage. It has taken the hard work of physical sign-in sheets and brought it into the 21st century, where the data is actually usable. Would recomend to anyone who runs a business. ### 5/5 — Game-Changing Platform *2016-06-13* Envoy has closed up the gaps of my sporadic presesnce at reception by allowing guests to sign our legal compliance docs and alert their host with no effort on my part. Not only does is safely store and organize our NDAs, but it also looks cool at our front desk. It saves me so much time to not have to slack our employees since it does that for me. It also streamlines the NDA signing process. The awesome web dashboard helps our receptionists to monitor who are currently in our office. Overall, I would pay more than what they are charging now. ### 5/5 — Great for small offices with no or a part time receptionist. *2014-05-19* Simple, elegant and provides quantifiable value. At first I thought it was a little geeky and impersonal ...but clients took to it. For most offices the question is...What does a full time receptionist cost? Well that is its value..now multiply that by a few years. This way the appropriate person in the office is alerted in an unobtrusive manner ..since all the reception is doing now is taking a name and who they want to speak to. Add the receptionist salary to your profits. Also great for those offices with part time receptionist or when the receptionist goes for lunch. I like the way it logs people and also their picture. I requested support almost immediately. When they finally contacted me - after almost a week - their email said they'd be in contact "next week." I don't feel support should take two weeks to get support. After their free trial ends, to boot. Glad I didn't buy without trying first. ### 4/5 — Great until you integrate with Eventbrite *2023-12-08* I love all the capabilities of having a corporate app that can manage front desk, rooms, deliveries and events. I had 3 extreme challenges. 1. EVENTBRITE integration ONLY brings in the primary registrant. If employee get 2tickets only ticket #1 comes thru integration. Our holiday party had 88 people missing tickets in envoy due this this. 2. No tech support AT ALL on Saturdays!!!! Our holiday party was the weekend and my dashboard failed and no one could help until Sunday afternoon! UNREAL! We lost so much data. 3. You must integrate with Eventbrite BEFORE YOU SELL YOUR FIRST TICKET! If you connect after you’ve sold tickets all tickets free or paid do not integrate. WHY NOT?? They still never gave me a reason but I put a feature request months ago. No update . I missed 3 days of sales and was told why my sync numbers were off. Thanks!!! ### 5/5 — Great app *2018-04-30* Envoy lets us track who is visiting our office, how long their visit lasts and who they’re visiting as well as if they’ve signed an NDA or not, all of which definitely helps us be more confident about office security. It also helps recruiting run a little smoother as they can see a photo of candidates once they sign in and then recognize the person immediately which creates a better experience for both parties 😊 ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great improvement over pen/paper *2018-04-30* Envoy makes managing visitors and visitor data much more manageable than the pen/paper we relied on previously. App is customizable to fit our brand and we can create unique sign in flows for different types of visitors. ### 5/5 — My front of office runs on Envoy *2016-10-07* No matter what your title is or which department you belong to your time and energy are valuable. My office is an Envoy office because avoiding wrangling office guests and starting our meetings on time continues to pay dividends back into productivity. The real appeal though, is that Envoy is so easy to set up and use that I'm confident I can put my attention wherever else it's needed in the workplace. Now that's value! I highly recommend for any Office Manager or Receptionist looking to make the visitor experience even better. Gone are the days of pen and paper sign-ins -- keep accurate logs (photos, NDAs, email addresses, etc.) of your visitors that you can pull up within seconds.
