## What is ENYO Workout Timer?

ENYO Workout Timer is the clock your gym runs on. Huge digits you can read from the back rack, cues you can hear over the music, the benchmark workouts already written out, and a log that fills itself.

No ads. Free.

EIGHT CLASSIC TIMERS

FOR TIME: counts up, with an optional time cap.
AMRAP: as many rounds as possible, counting down.
EMOM: every minute on the minute, with a movement for each minute.
DEATH BY: one more rep every minute, until you can't.
TABATA: 20 seconds on, 10 off, 8 rounds, all adjustable.
FIGHT GONE BAD: stations, work and rest, set by set.
INTERVAL: work and rest, in as many sets as you like.
STOPWATCH: a plain clock, counting up.

Every timer has its own page. Set the rounds, the work and the rest, name the movements, and press START.

BENCHMARK WORKOUTS, ALREADY SET UP

The Girls and The Heroes: sixty classic benchmarks, from Fran and Cindy to Murph, with their time caps and movements written out. Pick one and run it.

THEMATIC WORKOUTS

Thirty workouts for Halloween and twenty set on South Beach, each written out and ready to run.

BUILT TO BE READ ACROSS THE ROOM

The Stage fills the screen with the time, the phase and the movement by name, inside a glowing aura that changes colour with the phase. It works in portrait and landscape.

CUES YOU CAN HEAR

Beeps on 3-2-1 into every interval, a long tone into work, a lower one into rest, and a triple at the end. The cues mix with your music instead of turning it down, and they keep going when the screen locks.

ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN

A Live Activity keeps the workout counting on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island while the phone is in your pocket.

ON THE GYM TV

Connect a TV by cable or AirPlay Screen Mirroring and the clock fills the big screen while your phone keeps the controls.

A LOG THAT FILLS ITSELF

Every workout you finish lands in your log, on a month calendar. Swipe a row to tick it off or delete it. Your history syncs through your own iCloud, and finished workouts can be saved to Apple Health.

ON EVERY SCREEN YOU OWN

iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. The watch runs the same timers and workouts from your wrist.

Available in fifteen languages.

PRIVACY

No ads and no tracking. Anonymous usage statistics show us which timers get used, and they cannot identify you. Your workout history stays in your own iCloud, which we cannot read.

WHAT IT COSTS

Nothing. Every timer, every workout, the log, iCloud sync and Apple Health are free. There is a tip in Settings if you want to leave one, and it unlocks nothing.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.6 — 2026-09-14

• A new home: Classic Timers, Benchmark Workouts and Thematic Workouts, each on its own shelf with artwork and a page behind every cover.
• Thematic Workouts: thirty for Halloween and twenty set on South Beach.
• Benchmark Workouts: The Girls and The Heroes, sixty workouts written out and ready to run.
• A redesigned Stage with a glowing aura, easy to read in portrait and landscape.
• The Apple Watch app is redesigned to match the iPhone.
• iPad now has the same design as iPhone.
• Text follows your Dynamic Type size.
• Logged times no longer include the count-in, and older records have been corrected.
• Training plans have been removed. Workouts you finished stay in your log, and days a plan had already scheduled stay on your calendar, where you can run them or delete them.

### 1.5 — 2026-09-07

• Every workout you finish now lands in a log. A month calendar, swipe to tick off or delete, and tap any day to see the piece itself.
• Fourteen training plans. Pick one, choose when it starts, and it fills your calendar as planned days you can edit like any other.
• The clock keeps running on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with pause on the Island itself.
• Your log syncs across your devices through your own iCloud. No account, and no server of ours.
• Finished workouts can be written to Apple Health, so they land in your rings.
• Gym branding is free from this release — your box's name, coach and logo on the wall, nothing to buy.
• Every round can name its movement, so nobody has to ask what is next.
• A drawer replaces the back-and-forth: timer, log, plans, screen share and settings, one tap apart.
• The Apple Watch writes into the same log as the phone.
• Pick the app's language yourself, and the day your week starts on.

### 1.4 — 2026-08-31

• Gym Branding: your gym's name and logo on the wall. One-time unlock.
• New function wheel — spin it either way, and the mode you're on always sits in the middle.
• FOR TIME can now count down as well as up.
• The 12/24-hour setting moved onto the clock screen itself.
• Back, Reset, Start and Stop now match on every timer.
• Optional screen dimming when nothing is running.

### 1.3 — 2026-08-26

THE WORKOUT ON A TELEVISION
Connect a television by cable or Screen Mirroring: the clock fills the big screen while the phone keeps the controls. Any television, not just Apple TV.

CUES THAT DO NOT STOP
Audio keeps going when the screen sleeps or you switch to your music.

MORE ROOM TO SET A PIECE
Fight Gone Bad is built from sets, the way Interval is. Tabata and EMOM now take work and rest, not just rounds.

RUSSIAN
The app is fully translated.

### 1.2 — 2026-08-23

THE MUSIC STAYS UP
The beeps no longer quieten the room. Cues play over the playlist at full volume, and nothing the app does changes anyone else's audio.

CUES SURVIVE AN INTERRUPTION
Take a call mid-piece and the beeps come back. Before, the clock kept perfect time and went silent for the rest of the workout.

ALSO
The support screen loads reliably, and says what went wrong when it cannot. RESTORE PURCHASES and the rest of that screen are now translated everywhere ENYO ships.
