### 1/5 — “Fast transfer” still not received after 5+ days

*2023-01-08, version 1.39.0*

They claim to move funds in 2 business days but still don’t see fund in Enzo account after 5+ days

### 5/5 — Great High Yield Checking Account

*2023-01-06, version 1.39.0*

ENZO is a great checking account with perks including interest near the Fed rate, virtual cards, a good debit card cashback program, and quick ACH transaction posting. The app has a few features coming soon that I’m excited for like transfer automation through Astra and live chat support.

### 1/5 — Bank, nice. App, bad.

*2023-01-04, version 1.39.0*

Do not open this app thinking you’ll be able touse it within 30 seconds. In fact you may need to force close the app just for it to work. Every. Single. Time.

### 5/5 — My new Go-to

*2022-12-29, version 1.39.0*

Enzo is my new go-to banking option. They offer the most competitive APY I’ve see (currently over 4%) with no fees or requirements, plus they offer great features like budgeting envelopes, 2 day ach transfers, and cashback on debit purchases. With the new mobile check deposits feature they have pretty much checked all my boxes for online banking. I’d like to see them expand on the envelopes and add features like custom envelopes and auto-tagging transactions. In any case I recommend Enzo if you’re looking for a great alternative to your brick-and-mortar bank.

### 1/5 — Need CEO Contacts

*2022-12-16, version 1.37.1*

I’m faced with complete fiction. For more than a week I could not top up my account - my transactions simply disappeared. Then I wrote to the support address and a woman named Julie wrote that my account was suspected of fraud (although it was my first transaction I can’t know about it) and I had to send a bank statement (!) I did it and then she wrote that I should send a selfie with my ID (!!) I did it too and then she wrote that I should call a non-working number and leave a message for my identification (!!!) She did not respond to my anger and request to give the contacts of the higher management for the complaint. Then I called ( the number really didn’t work ! ) and left a message about everything. Then I wrote and asked if she had received the message and she said that she had heard it and the check would continue. Then I laughed and realized that she is is simply insane. Therefore, either this is a scam, or you simply have an insane employee working and you don’t know about it. I ask you to write direct CEO contacts to discuss this situation, since only this woman answers by the only mail and phone and she apparently thinks she can do what she wants and no one will know about it. I think she deserves to be fired.

### 1/5 — Useless app

*2022-12-07, version 1.37.0*

Unable to fund account in any way. The app just does now allow to do it.
The purpose of the application is not clear, it is possible just to get your personal data.
Be careful.

### 1/5 — Freaks

*2022-11-26, version 1.35.1*

Support never answered.
If you have issue with your account you can just loose all your money.

### 2/5 — Unreliable

*2022-11-24, version 1.35.1*

Sometimes the app works; sometimes, it doesn't. Getting someone to answer your email at Enzo is impossible. Once, my app wouldn't work, and I needed to transfer money to another account. I tried contacting them, they never responded. How can I trust you with my money if when I need help transferring funds, you go MIA?

A lot of things changed along the way. For instance: They advertised receiving 2% cashback if you used their card to make rent or mortgage payments. They then changed it and capped it at $20 a month and only $150 a year. Considering the average cost of living, you're lucky if you can take advantage of this 7 out of the 12 months. This feature as a whole is going away UNLESS you qualify for premium cashback. To receive premium cashback, you need to share at least 5 transactions on social media. Why would I do that? Who does that?? I understand this is a new bank, but the constant changes being made is not for me.

They do offer an above-average APY. While this is an intriguing feature, due to the lack of communication, I can't trust the bank enough to let my money sit in my account.

### 5/5 — I LOVE ENZO!

*2022-11-10, version 1.35.1*

Super high interest on deposits and cash back too? The CEO is responsive to customer feedback and constantly launching new features. This is really a company and product worth rooting for. All deposits are FDIC insured. Enzo to the moon!!!

### 1/5 — Misleading Account Benefits

*2022-11-03, version 1.34.1*

Since I prefer voicing my criticisms in a public forum and for whatever reason Enzo is not on social media, I’ll inform new users here. Enzo is pretty misleading on probably the main reason anyone will choose to bank with them: cashback. For some odd reason, “unlimited cashback” and “cashback on rent payments” is very prominent in their marketing schemes. But upon further research in their own FAQ, Enzo not only admits that the cashback is not “unlimited” and has a yearly cap (monthly for certain types of cashback), but that any new user will not qualify for cashback on their rent payments! Theyre discontinuing that program 06/23/2023 to boot for users who were lucky to take advantage. Unsure if it’s marketing oversight, or Enzo thinks they can lie to your face, unsure which it is. Do better is still the conclusion as there is no excuse for what is either terrible miscommunication or straight up dishonesty. At least the app looks pretty.

EDIT: found their Twitter at least, keeping this up regardless as I feel it’s important to be seen since the company mainly surrounds the app
