Enzyme Calculator brings a meal fat calculator, enzyme reference values and a food diary together in one app. Look up everyday foods, calculate the fat content of your meals and record your observations about food and digestive well-being. Keep everything organised in one place. No registration required. CALCULATE THE FAT CONTENT OF YOUR MEALS Find foods and enter portion sizes to calculate the fat content of a snack or a full meal. Keep track of dietary fat without having to work out every calculation yourself. FIND FOODS FROM YOUR COUNTRY Explore food databases from Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and the Netherlands. Find nutritional information for foods relevant to your everyday meals. VIEW ENZYME REFERENCE VALUES View estimated enzyme units based on the fat content of the foods you enter and reference factors from specialist literature. These values provide general information, not a determination of your personal enzyme needs or instructions for taking enzyme products. KEEP A FOOD AND DIGESTION DIARY Document meals, digestive discomfort and how you feel. Review your entries over time and keep a personal record of your eating habits and everyday observations. SAVE AND EXPORT YOUR ENTRIES Export your diary to keep a copy of your records outside the app. Your meals and observations remain easy to review. GET STARTED EASILY No account setup is needed. Choose any time period (7 days to 12 months or a custom range) and open the PDF right away. Ideal for your next doctor's appointment. • Meals made easier: combine several foods into one meal – fat and enzyme units are added up automatically. A meal you haven't saved yet is kept even when you close the app. • Clearer search results: identical products are merged into one entry and shown with their brand, irrelevant hits are removed, and long lists are collapsed. Products without a fat value no longer show up with 0 g fat by mistake. • Search faster: the search field on the home screen opens the food search with the keyboard ready. • New navigation with a fixed bar at the bottom for switching quickly between sections. • Your subscription on all your devices: it now applies automatically to all devices with the same Apple Account and is restored when the app starts. • News and maintenance notices now appear directly in the app. • Clear message if the server can't be reached – instead of misleading notices. • The camera now reliably restarts after switching apps or when the screen was off. • Many small improvements: consistent design, portions with grams, language selection in the settings too, and bug fixes, including the back button on iOS 26. ### 1.0.144 — 2026-09-28 Bugfix for Start Up Problem on some devices ### 1.0.142 — 2026-09-27 Updated description and URLs for english users ### 1.0.140 — 2026-08-14 Minor UI correction for the manual food entry screen. On certain iPhones, the keyboard covered the Save button and could no longer be dismissed. The Save button is now permanently visible, and the keyboard can be dismissed by tapping outside the keyboard. Optimization of the AI-based photo recognition for cooked foods and language adjustments to this feature. ### 1.0.138 — 2026-07-15 Foods that are not available in our curated databases can now be added manually and then logged again at any time. AI-powered research for fat content has been added for manually added foods. Foods can now also be logged correctly for a date other than the current date.
