Can’t even install the app as it just freezes

I thought I would try to charge while waiting at our local leisure centre, but after downloading the App, found it continually crashes just after registering, but crucially before my details are saved. The chargers have no other option for payment - I thought you had to provide a card payment option these days - so my time has been wasted

Absolutely horrible app. Outdated UI and simply can’t be used. It wouldn’t scan the QR code, it wouldn’t find the charging point on the app nor even when I manually entered the code.

Parked at Salt Lane Car Park in Coventry as advertised had ev  chargers availability- needed to download the app and sign up which took 10 minutes - connected the car and scanned the QR code on the side of the charger to be informed on the app the charger was off line - nothing on the charger to indicate it was off line.Why not have anLED to indicate if a charger is online or offline ? Tried the neighbouring charger and also offline !!!

I am tech savvy and well used to EV charging apps but nothing about this app works properly; from registering to using.

The app isnt particularly functional but at least seems somewhat usable.  But I didnt even get as far as charging as the QR codes and site numbers have all worn away from weather/sunlight. 

How can any serious company let such a basic concept fly over their heads?

Can’t really review the app because it wouldn’t allow me to register. Despite a proper email address and what I assume was a compliant password (I tried several different ones and there were no rules listed) the register button was greyed out. So much for charging with them!!
