It made formerly easily accessible information now very hard to access. WikEM was an excellent source of quick information for emergency medicine. Now the same information is hidden behind so many clicks and a very slow app, with no added benefit. I’ve even emailed the CEO about this, and he’s been no help. Eg for some reason I can’t favourite body systems as there is no heart. So to get to this part of the guide I need to press the following >organisation> hospital guidelines >adult antimicrobial guidelines > body systems.
