The thermostat is set at 19 degrees the temperature is 22.5 and the radiators have not shut down. ### 1/5 — Bad app, bad company *2025-04-16, version 1.2* Can’t see or change plans via the app. They keep changing prices and making mistakes, “correcting” them (making them higher). Locked in to a monopoly contract.
