This app was promoted on Reddit,  the experience is very poor, data is inaccurate and no lifetime is available. It has several bugs in creating widgets and if you restore your iPhone you loose all information. It creates trend but doesn’t retrieve the right data it invents or add anything else.

I've been using this for a while, learned interestng correlations, like my sleep and sleeping heart rate really gets messed up if i eat late. also, i like personalized ai recommendations based on my correlations and data like what i eat and what can i improve in my diet. Works with fitbit watch

I’ve been using Eon for a while, and pretty happy with the new updates! The interface looks so much smoother and more modern, everything’s easier to navigate. I’m really enjoying the new community chat, it’s great to connect with and learn from others on similar health goals or concerns.

The added exercise section with visuals is such a nice touch too. It actually makes me stay in the app during workout and finish more quickly.

I’ve been impressed by the educational aspects and awareness of important aspects of aging! I have renewed understanding of a holistic view of my health including body and mind. Sleep, nutrition, mindfulness, and workout has been essential since I’ve started using this app. Kudos to all the work behind the scenes to bring this to market.
