Recently, it had an update and that caused my camera to disconnect. Every time I tried to reconnect it, it would fail. So I decided to delete it completely and reconnect the entire device. Not when I try to connect the device, I can only get to the screen where it find the camera and then the entire app freezes. It just sits there then kicks me out and proceeds to do the same thing over and over. Very frustrated! ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-05-21, version 1.0.8* This app is a copy of another app (VICO) and does not work. Then finally after almost 2 weeks, they asked me to send video of the issue which is that the app freezes when I try to reconnect the camera which I did and then a week after that they said they would show their team and get back to me and then closed the chat. Unable to see camera ### 5/5 — Excellent *2025-07-18* The furthest camera is no more than 30 feet from wifi and no more than 2 walls between. The app is super simple and user friendly with each camera installed in less than two minutes. Added SD cards work well. The pictures are super crisp and the apps are the simplest we have ever used. These negative reviews made me hesitate and I am very glad I decided to try them anyways because they are honestly great, at least 3 weeks in. ### 4/5 — Janky *2026-06-10, version 1.0.8* This is a janky app that freezes every time you open it. Now, the app only works on my iPhone but shows a white screen when logging in on my iPad . I have reinstalled the app many times and checked on all updates. When I check on what the app wants to access in the settings of my iPad, it is missing many of the options that are included in the app on my phone. I even lost a few access options after reinstalling the 3rd time. I know the app is installed because I get notifications of motion on my iPad but no way to view ANYTHING but a white screen . Very disappointing. ***Update: After a month , the app now works fine again on my iPad.
