This application has been very helpful in simplifying this process. It's a great tool for determining an equivalent dose quickly. It also allows for a number of variables including the use of multiple medications. It does not work. It crashes EVERY TIME I use it. There is no slider for equivalence, so it is permanently set at 50%. I can handle that it is annoying and takes extra time and brain power. I have contact support x 3 with NO RESPONSE. Not sure what happened to it. Also app crashes whenever I edit current opioids in conversion function. Please fix. New update: Thanks for fixing the slider and app crashes when editing current opioids. This is the best opioid conversion app on the market. Use it all the time. I recommend it to all my residents, pharmacists, and students. It's very frustrating that there is no side bar to adjust the equivalence to 100%.
