There is no way to hide the track water icon. It’s center front. I don’t care to log my water. I just need the app to sign up for classes. There are “sign up” options for classes that are unavailable/not offered. The app is not user friendly, and it’s messy. Finally, the date doesn’t update. It lingers on the last date you looked at the app on. It will not let me log in, and when I try to reset my password, the password reset function is also bugged and doesn’t work. Overall, the app is buggy and unusable right now. Please fix this. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Utterly ridiculous *2026-05-08, version 8.10.3* The entire thing is dysfunctional and has way too many problems to even be called an app. ### 1/5 — Same day signup downloads *2026-05-05, version 8.10.3* Downloading and using the app on the same day as signing up with my local EōS is currently not working. I cannot sign in to my account on the mobile app even though I can sign into my account on the main websites, which has access to my membership details, gym visits, etc. When I try to log in with the same email and password, it does not work. When I request for them to resend the invite to the same email that works with the website, nothing gets sent. This is early stage dev work at best. The delay here goes beyond any production grade acceptance criteria. After attempting to request the email by using the forgot password/create an account button over 40+ times I still haven’t received the email. I’ve requested two forms for help on their corporate website with no reply. The front desk is aware this is a problem and just said I have to wait a long time. There’s no account creation. There’s nothing.
