They say sign up is exclusively through the app when I can’t even in put what location I need or when I am able to do that the proper schedule doesn’t load, it’s ridiculous. Then I try to ask the front desk for help and they claim they don’t know how to help me. I needed to cancel class bc work meetings took a bit longer & app did not let me cancel 15 mins prior class time. The facilities are subpar at most and the customer service is consistently unhelpful. What's worse is their predatory 30-day cancellation policy, which feels like a blatant attempt to squeeze more money out of departing members. The locations I use are requiring me to scan my barcode - which is absurd because I don’t always want my phone with me - which I cannot do because no one is able to access my account. On top of that, I get attitude from several front desk employees when I ask them to check me in with my phone number. That representation directly influenced my decision to agree to the additional $92/month charge. I have since been informed that I am locked into a four-month commitment—something that was never disclosed to me at the time of signing. This is a direct contradiction of what I was told and constitutes a misrepresentation of the terms. I have not used a single coaching session, and I would not have agreed to this service had the actual terms been clearly explained. What was presented to me was misleading, and I do not accept being held to an agreement under false pretenses. I am requesting immediate cancellation of the coaching service and removal of any related charges. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate this through formal complaints with California Consumer Affairs and pursue a dispute with my bank based on deceptive sales practices. I would prefer to resolve this directly and professionally, but I am fully prepared to take further action if necessary. Simple but effective ### 2/5 — MovEos schedule’s been broke since Day 1 *2026-03-14, version 4.35* Got a membership two weeks ago and was excited to utilize the in-gym theater, but there’s no way to view the schedule through the app. Just takes you to a Wordpress link that says “Page Not Found”. ORIGINAL: The app is great when functional, but the G-fit schedule has been going to a blank white screen for about a week. You can’t see the schedule, or book a class.
