Alles muss physisch neu eingerichtet werden. Das bedeutet: Sauna Steuerung aufschrauben und Online Verbindung am Bauteil auf der Platine neu herstellen. Was für ein Kunden unfreundlicher Schwachsinn! Finger weg von diesem Hersteller! ### 1/5 — EOS Steuerung nach Update *2025-12-06, version 3.0.0* Warum könnt ihr nicht einfach mal die Finger von Dingen lassen die tadellos funktionieren? EOSApp (neue Version)erkennt weder mein Benutzerkonto oder Passwort. Passwort zurücksetzen funktioniert nicht, da ich keinen Code zugesendet bekomme. Jahrelang ging’s gut. ### 4/5 — Neue App mit Verbesserungspotential *2025-12-03, version 3.0.0* Ich hoffe das man durch den Account jetzt nicht mehr ständig neu koppeln muss. Wünsche: Schaltausgang ausblenden / ich habe dort nichts angeschlossen und brauche den Button nicht Profile deaktivieren, brauche ich nicht ### 4/5 — Gute App, gern noch mit mehr Funktionen *2025-01-04, version 2.1.8* Souveräne App. Mir fehlt aber noch eine Anzeige, wie viel Zeit noch bei der Timer Funktion ist oder, dass man den Ferienhaus Modus von der Ferne aktivieren oder deaktivieren kann. ### 2/5 — Lässt kein Querformat zu *2022-01-16, version 2.1.0* Die App lässt leider kein Querformat zu, sodass die Nutzung in einem Smart Home Halter ungeeignet ist. ### 4/5 — Erst ging Nichts geht mehr, nach Update alles wieder ok. *2022-01-07, version 2.1.0* Das ist jetzt die dritte APP - Version die ich mit meiner Sauna bekomme. Seit Version 2.1.0 geht nichts mehr. Ich war mit der Vorgängerversion voll zufrieden. Warum quält ihr eure Kunden so. Bitte gebt mir die Vorversion wieder zurück ! Ich bediene die Sauna jetzt über das Web-Interface, wie in der Computer-Steinzeit. Die App ist völlig unbrauchbar :( Nachtrag: Nach dem Update der Steuerung auf Version 4 funktioniert die App wieder ohne Probleme. Der Support von EOS war sehr gut und schnell. Bin wieder vollständig versöhnt. :) ### 2/5 — Mal so mal so *2021-10-28, version 2.0.1* Ich schreibe eigentlich sonst keine Bewertungen aber bei dieser App ist es mir ein Anliegen. Was war das für ein Kampf und Krampf bezüglich Stabilität und Zuverlässigkeit. Mit WLAN extrem instabil, mit direkter LAN Verbindung ok. Was fehlt ist die Steuerung des frei konfigurierbaren Kontaktes, ansonsten kann man alles notwendige steuern, wenn es denn stabil läuft. ### 1/5 — Murks *2021-10-10, version 2.0.1* Leider muss ich auch die Erfahrung machen das nach dem fünften Mal die App nicht funktioniert. Habe mittlerweile alles probiert, alles neu gebootet zum x ten mal die Pairing Taste gedrückt. Nix passiert! Gott sei Dank haben beim Neukaufen von 4 neuen Saunakabinen auf Semtiotec gesetzt! Bin gespannt wann ich das wieder ans laufen bekomme! ### 1/5 — Da geht gar nichts…. *2021-09-25, version 2.0.1* Wir nutzen 2 Saunen mit EOS Steuerung in unserem Hotel. An den Webkonsolen im Browser kann man die Saunen aus dem Netzwerk bedienen. Jedesmal wenn man starten möchte, muss die gesamte Anwendung neu gestartet werden, da alles abgestützt ist. Die alte App Version konnte 2 Saunen steuern, zwar sehr instabil, aber es ging dann meistens nach vielen Versuchen. Die neue App Version kann nur noch eine Kabine steuern und eine Timer Programmierung ist gar nicht mehr möglich. Nach mehreren Anrufen bekommen wir die Aussage: irgendwann gibts bestimmt ein Update. Was für eine Gurkentruppe…. ### 1/5 — Sauna Geräte sind gut, aber App zur Bedienung sehr mangelhaft *2021-08-16, version 2.0.1* Ich habe das Gerät seit 5 Jahren und schon viele Update Zyklen mitgemacht, aber die Qualität war immer schlecht. Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit der Bedienung ist schlecht.
