Please just go to Olens or just order from their website. Their phone app design is so bad. The customer service is even worst. Highly not recommended

I can’t sign in or create an account!!! I tried on my phone and on google chrome and safari and it won’t let me sign in or activate my account it keeps glitching!!

I ordered with express shipping which should take 3 days max, I waited 2 weeks and tried to contact them. The Contact us button led to a blank space. They just sent an automatic email saying my order would arrive today when I tried spamming emails. Contacting my bank never again

please fix the app it is a horrible experience to shop 

1. MOST IMPORTANT: at checkout if i click redeem points twice it’s only applied once. but clicking it twice reduced my points balance even though it was not applied. irritating.

2. when searching if you don’t click the shopping bag and instead click the product you can’t navigate back to the previous page 

3. you have to re-enter the filters again if you click shop because there is no back button 

4. it is slow, the startup screen takes forever

5. the checkout screen is not centered and i have to scroll horizontally 

6. apple pay has problems and the error is not helpful

Whenever I try to apply discount codes on the app it always tells me it’s “invalid” even if it’s a code EOTD has provided me. Their customer service is great and quality check seems great 😊. But it doesn’t seem fair for discount codes not to work. 
All in all very trustworthy merchant for lenses 🩷
