Reopened the app. Crashed again. Deleted, redownloaded, reentered my info. Crashed. Reopened. Crashed. Reopened. Crashed. Deleted and do not plan to download again unless they fix it. I couldn’t access any information, because after being open for half a second it crashes. Useless. ### 1/5 — Not working *2020-09-13, version 2.5* It worked for a day and now it opens and then closes immediately. ### 1/5 — Wont even open *2020-09-09* I’ve downloaded and filled in my info 4 times now and it still doesnt work. The first time it glitched out and had me refill everything, then the app loaded what Im guessing is the home page and then dissapeared. I tried opening it again and it did the same thing. Deleted the app and repeat fill in, same thing happened, tried one last time and same problem. The worst part is I downloaded the app because my house is currently surrounded by fired in every direction and I wanted to try and map a safe driving route in case we get evacuated. If there was a negative stars option Id choose that! Does not reflect the air quality it’s linked to. For example, today the air is extremely bad, low visibility, getting worse by the hour. Purple Air rates it 168 which seems right. Sometimes it's not displaying anything past the splash screen then it's asking for a lot. And I mean a lot. Was hopeful I could push it out to my community during a close wildfire affecting air quality. Was extremely disappointed to find out that it doesn’t work. We have air quality alerts for our area and this app does not pick up on it. It has been an invaluable tool for monitoring our air quality during the Sonoma and Napa fires. It helped us determine where we should go to find cleaner air to help with asthma and pets. A big thank you to the EPA and to Sonoma Technology Inc! ### 3/5 — Great While it Worked *2018-09-21, version 1.0.6* I was really glad to Find this app as it allowed me to monitor the air-quality here in the Coachella Valley on a daily basis. It was great for about three weeks but it has now just stopped working altogether. Keeps telling me I need to add ZIP Code to my profile (which I had already done) and when it tries to access the profile page the app then just shuts down. Been like that for days on end now. Tried deleting it and re-downloading it-got exactly the same result. ### 2/5 — Maps load now but future smoke overlay is missing *2022-08-26, version 3.3.1* This was one of the most helpful features. The apple and android maps now load but there is no option to choose future smoke dispersion. The smoke plumes in now view is limited because that view does not forecast movement or show if it is at ground level. Black on blue maybe? Also loading basically anything takes many... long... seconds. Another addition of this app for prescribed fire would be very useful.
