## What is EPAdossier?

The companion app for EPAdossier, for advisors whose work happens outside the office.
EPAdossier is the platform where EP advisors and certifying bodies manage every dossier, from the first client request to a fifteen-year audit-proof archive. This app puts the part you need in the field in your pocket: your agenda, your visits, the team planning and your hours. The rest of the platform stays where it works best — in the web app on a full screen.
YOUR DAY, ALWAYS WITH YOU
• See at a glance which visits, appointments and deadlines are coming up today and this week
• Switch between day, week and month views
• Work for more than one organisation? All your work appears together, wherever it comes from
ON YOUR WAY TO A VISIT
• Address, client details and dossier information on every appointment
• A map of the location, and one tap through to your navigation app
PLANNING FOR THE TEAM
For planners: the organisation's full planning board, at its best on iPad.
• Assign visits to advisors by dragging them into place
• See who is available when — holidays and absences are flagged before you schedule, not after
• Work through the list of unplanned addresses
TRACKING HOURS
• Start and stop the timer with one tap
• Link your hours to the right dossier or project afterwards

Note: EPAdossier is a business app. You need an existing EPAdossier account, provided by your organisation — you cannot create an account in the app itself.
