### 3/5 — Login not working - Cloudflare & EPAM issue

I found out that when using cloudflare dns servers 1.1.1.1 EPAM domains are unreachable. As soon as I use google, quad9, openDns or any other dns service I’m able to get log in. And according to Cloudflare, this is a configuration on EPAM’s side.

It seems that there’s an issue when authenticating. For instance, when I try to log in I’m redirect to EPAM SSO, I input EPAM username and password, then I authorise it with DUO M2FA, and finally the app show an error: “wrong credentials”

Когда пишешь фидбек сотруднику/себе и текста выходит очень много, так, что при открытой клавиатуре уже не видно часть текста, его увидеть теперь уже нереально. Скролинг самого окошка отсутствует, поскольку когда пытаешь его пролистать, клавиатура закрывается. Когда пытаешься все-таки с помощью пробела поставить курсор в нужное место, экран тоже не листается вниз.

Duo kills all benefits from using app on phone. Even bank applications use TouchID without any prompting. I cant believe that such a security required in this app.

I do not understand how installed jailbreаk into iOS system relates to limitation of using epam connect app. This is the only one app from my list that prohibits to run under jailbrоken iOS device. This is stupid.

Has deleted that app since:
1) Awful performance, sometimes screen loading and nothing happens
2) Strange behavior, even when you are not logged in it sends notifications for your last session
3) Very very very annoying thing, when new update is available application can’t be open without update. The thing is that at those moments I have urgent task and didn’t have wi-fi. Haven’t seen such strange feature in any other app

App is quite convenient and easy to use but getting a dark mode support would’ve been a really nice addition throughout the entire app also to the app icon based on system preferences or manual selection

The Connect app is great. I use it almost everyday to tackle rudimentary tasks on the go. That way, when I’m at my desk, I can focus on my more challenging projects.

My only issue with the app is that it doesn’t provide a seamless transition from the native app to EPAM’s other platforms. Using two-factor authentication and the need to enter my Microsoft office credentials each time is a pain.
