I have tried through the app and online to register but it does not let me register. First it asks for a TIN (tax identification number) for Portugal which tourists don’t have. I tried putting only zeros. No luck. Then it says that user already exists ?? Then when I login it says that credentials are not found. ??? I don’t get the app. Make it easy to pay for tourists. It will benefit the city more which generates another good steady income. Also dont launch the app when there are clearly some issues with it. Make it easy for tourists since 3/5 of Portugals income comes from tourists. There is a lot of potential here so try putting some effort into it. Hire people that can make this happen.

I recently traveled to Lisbon and downloaded this app to park. First I could not register. The app kept giving an error. So I had to register on the website.  Then on my first day in Lisbon I used it to park successfully. However, every time I tried to use it after this it would just show a spinner icon when I added the time and clicked ok. This is the worst app I have ever used.

In hope that someone from EMEL reads this:
1. There is no need to log me out if I do not use the app for few days.
2. Why do my MBWay top-ups take hours to be reflected in the app?
3. Why not allow me to pay via MBWay using my mobile number instead of Entity and Reference?
4. Why not enable ApplePay or GooglePay instead of a huge credit card form?
5. Why not allow “balance” pill shown on active parking screen to take me to balance top-up - it looks like a button, so you can make it into one
… just a little bit of love and usage from your own team would make you realise how small changes can improve your UX.

Muito fácil de instalar, colocar créditos e utilizar. Com ele não é necessário ir até as máquinas colocar moedas e fazer uma previsão de tempo pois é possível adicionar mais crédito à distância e se não utilizar você pega o troço de volta. Parabéns pela facilidade !

Funciona bem, entretanto nas áreas onde há estacionamento Diario, a noite isso não aparece, só durante o dia. Geralmente chego em casa as 01h da manhã e tenho de ir a máquina pagar o bilhete diário pois só saio de casa depois das 16h. Trabalho em restaurante e torna-se inconveniente ter de me deslocar até a máquina pois a opção de pagamento do bilhete diário não funciona no app a noite. Melhorem essa opção que ficará 100%. Obrigado.
