I tried to register and despite completing all the required fields, I received a continual message advising ‘check the required fields’. Hence, I was unable to use the app.

Don’t bother - it doesn’t work. Won’t validate data, or show you where the error is. So therefore it doesn’t work!

Repeatedly got the message check data without the app advising which data was incorrect.  All had been correctly completed as far as I was concerned.  Therefore unable to book parking in advance.  Not impressed.

When you register a card it requires the CVV, so I went no further and deleted the app.

I wasn’t able to register an account on the app due to an unspecified error in one of the fields required for registration. From the point of view of UX, it’s good practice to provide specific validation errors for each field to guide the user through any error handling. I can’t comment on the app’s functionality and features as I wasn’t able to get past the first hurdle, which isn’t great from a usability perspective.
