Please add Face ID option. Another suggestion is to please update the home screen layout and the user interface of the application. Next it says about charges of Rs 100+15= 115. Even in the few cases where iOS apps are available, they often require sign-up using a Pakistani phone number only, with no option to register via email. As a result, many overseas Pakistanis who don’t have a Pakistani SIM card are unable to sign up or use these apps. ### 1/5 — OTP not generating *2025-03-06* Ridiculous App, OTP is not generating till 15 minutes. trying for the more than 10 days still same issues. Worst App ### 1/5 — Laggy *2024-12-13* The whole interface is laggy, constantly hangs. Needs to restart several times. Simple thing as finding my car from my reg number takes literally 30-40 attempts until it finds it. But I do appreciate the convenience of having an application to pay our bills while staying at home. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage app *2024-06-13* Stuck in the reset password flow. For several days, OTP would not arrive or arrive after a significant delay. Today, the validation of at least one lowercase, one uppercase, one number, one special character is not letting me get past even though I have tried at least 20 different combinations.
