Clear monopoly situation and absolute useless operators. It’s been already 2 weeks since I’v authorised the code for debit card update. It still wasn’t verified by ePay staff member so I’m going to quit, remove app and just use desktop version of their competitors. Cant remove the outdated card either as no option given. Not reliable enough to stay with them. ### 1/5 — Very poorly thought out structure misleading info it’s not in english *2018-07-04, version 1.2.0* Very poor introduction has no option for language it says it’s in English but loads up in Bulgarian with no way of understanding how to change the language I would suggest the first page you see is the country flags so the user can actually set the language that’s readable to them. Waste of time if your not Bulgarian the info on this app is misleading to state it’s in different languages when a basic app developer would know the first thing to do is for user to set language in order to understand the text When dealing with sensible data like money transfers you have to wonder if this is a safe app at all if they can’t even get very basic things right ### 1/5 — Useless *2015-02-23* Единствената полза е да си провериш сметките, когато са налични. Реших да сваля апликацията на телефона за по-бърз достъп. При вход в апликацията с потребителско име и парола ми се отвори абсурдна страница, принуждаваща ме да сканирам личната си карта от двете страни и да се запиша на видео как изговарям ясно някакви цифри. Вие сериозно ли? Какви са тези мерки за сигурност, ако могат да се нарекат “сигурност”? Живея в чужбина и дори в банковите ми апликации не са ми искали да въвеждам подобна “sensitive” лична информация. Разочарована съм. Деинсталирах апликацията веднага. Literally press the words right at the bottom of the first page and English comes up as an option. For those moaning about it being Bulgarian it's a bloody app to pay bills in Bulgaria for Bulgarian people.
