I use it every month to make my payments but the interface is terrible. For a company that makes so much money off us you would think they would take that money and upgrade the app. Cheap! Their app definitely reflects how much they care about their customers in many other aspects. Bad business practices, bad customer service, and a broken app. This is just the start with Epcor. Whoever designed this app needs to be fired. Now I have to log in via a browser to pay my bill. Also something is wrong with the graphics and doesn’t display properly like a pop up within the app displays site options. Navigating between the tabs is not easy.
